Wild Mushroom Hotpot: A Unique Culinary Experience in China

I tried a hotpot where the ONLY ingredient was WILD MUSHROOMS?! Yep, you heard that right. I went to a restaurant in China that specialized in mushroom hotpot. They had all kinds of wild mushrooms, and it was an experience like no other. The texture and taste of each mushroom were so unique. Some were earthy, some were crunchy, some were smooth, and some were chewy. It was a real adventure for my taste buds. I'm not a huge mushroom fan, but I have to say, this hotpot changed my mind.
