Hidden Red Ribbon Bridge: Ruyi Peak, Yangshuo, China
CHINA'S Hidden Red Ribbon Bridge You've Never Heard Of | Ruyi Peak

I visited one of China’s most underrated travel destinations... a hidden red ribbon bridge in the mountains of Guangxi Province. This Red Ribbon Bridge sits high above the cliffs of Ruyi Peak, near Yangshuo, and is covered in thousands of red ribbons, each one representing a wish or prayer. It’s part of a centuries-old Chinese tradition, but most people outside China have never even heard of this place. We took a gondola into the mountains, walked across a glass bridge suspended in the air, and ended the day with a riverside dinner surrounded by Yangshuo’s iconic karst peaks, or as I like to call them, Gumdrop Mountains. This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and it’s still mostly unknown to international travelers.
