Travel Guides & Tips in this video
- Tip 1If you are going to China on a transit visa, make sure you have a flight in and flight out, no layovers in China. You have to fly direct into and out of China to different countries. For example, we are flying from Bangkok to Beijing, Beijing to Hanoi. However, we had flights that had layovers in Kunming, and that is not good. (0:22)
- Tip 2We just want you to be able to travel and not have to worry about all the chaos that we get into, so we're going to go through things completely unplanned and unprepared so that you know exactly what you need. (2:17)
- Tip 3We're over here scrambling to try and download all these VPNs and all the things we need to stay connected. We've got ExpressVPN and we've got NordVPN because we've heard that sometimes they'll block one and not the other, so it's nice to have two. (2:41)
- Tip 4We were told to download this app called- I think it's called MetroMan, and supposedly, that'll help us out. We do have the MetroMan app and then Mike also downloaded the MetroMan Beijing app. I figure between the two of those we should be able to figure out where we're going hopefully. (14:55)
- Tip 5Since we can't buy water at the vending machine, we'll try and buy water here at Lawson's. Uh, so they've got this big thing here, or they've got a big Pocari Sweat. What do you want? I just want a regular small water. (30:00)
