Were the Three Pagodas impressive in person?
Yeah, they were massive. Built in the 9th century and survived earthquakes, still in perfect condition. Stunning backdrop of mountains too.
What was inside the Guang Yin Hall?
I thought it would be a prayer hall, but it turned out to be like a dirty gift shop selling hats, key chains, and bits. Funny surprise.
How much does it cost to visit the Three Pagodas park?
It's 75 RMB to enter. We spent about 2.5 hours walking around and felt we saw everything. Very worthwhile.
What were the oysters like?
They were unreal! Eight for just 20 RMB, fully loaded with chili, garlic, and noodles. The chili kick was so strong I couldn't get my words out. Definitely worth it.
