Beijing is an exciting travel destination you must definitely visit but not during the national holiday because 1.4 billion people travel at the same time and the vast majority trying to get back to their home town but some decided to visit China's most iconic cities such as Shanghai or Beijing. My work colleague warned me not to travel during the holiday in China and now I see why because the crowd is insane and it will blow the mind of any Western foreigner like myself in China's capital city of Beijing.
