Hangzhou: Our journey began with an incredible sensory overload. We explored the whimsical West Lake on elaborate dragon boats and found peace at the Long Jing Tea Plantations where we learned why this is considered the best green tea in China.

Wuzhen: A major highlight was our detour to this 1000 year old ancient water town. We explored the lived in charm of the East Gate and the breathtaking temples of the West Gate which look absolutely magical when lit up at night.

Suzhou: Known as the Venice of the East we discovered meticulous classical gardens that have stood for centuries. From the rockeries of Lion Grove Garden to the historic Panmen Gate this city is a masterclass in traditional Chinese design.

Shanghai: We saved the most unreal city for last. Seeing the Bund skyline for the first time was an unforgettable moment. We explored the contrast between the colonial history of the French Concession and the futuristic Blade Runner vibes of the Pudong skyscraper district.
