The bike trip has officially begun! Day 1 of our three-week, 1,000 km ride around the entire island of TAIWAN! If you didn't know, Taiwan actually has a dedicated cycling route that circumferences the entire island, it's called Cycling Route 1, and this is what we will be following (with a couple of detours) over the next three weeks. Cycling Route 1 can be done in just 9 days for those who are really looking for a challenge, but we want to explore all the stops along the way so we're adding extra days to ensure we not only get challenged but also get to travel Taiwan in the most unique way possible!
