Harbin Maple Leaf Hot Springs Resort: China's Spa Theme Park

Hello friends!! I stumbled upon this insane looking hot pot spa on my feed a few months ago... A bright red, giant, spicy bath featuring real chili peppers. And once I saw it, I knew I had to find it, and bathe in it. That took us all the way to the Maple Leaf Hot Springs Resort in Harbin, China—which I think, with its 38 different themed baths, definitely counts as a 'spa theme park'!!

We started with Harbin Ice City in the summer, then spent our days exploring the resort's many pools and experiences. Highlights included THE hot pot bath, Confucian Thinking Pools, tea time with a Garra Rufa fish pedicure, the Crystal Jelly Pool, a Voolga skincare bath, outdoor pools, the Caracalla Pool, Leisure and Beauty Pools, Chinese Herbal Pools, a Northeast Chinese body scrub and popsicles, Four Beauties Pools, and saunas. It was a wonderfully weird and relaxing spa adventure.
