How do they treat foreigners in China? We find out in the city of Xiamen as we get a chance to sit down with locals. We taste some mysterious local soup that apparently is VERY good for you and drink some local drinks. Why is it filmed so badly in places? Why didn’t you go into annoying vlog mode during the invitation? What you’re seeing is the rawest of raw reactions, we had no idea what we were tasting, we were obviously a little bit surprised so everything was happening quite quickly. When you’re in such an unexpected situation you cannot plan, you’re brain is battling to remember the Chinese language that you have learned to try and communicate. By going into vlogger mode, it would’ve dejected the experience, moment, vlogging changes how people communicate with you - so this is how this was captured. Nothing forced, all real and VERY good people. This is a grand example of how welcoming Chinese people are…
