Exploring deep into the backstreets of Shanghai, China. Watch as Jack, Paige and Max dive deeper into the backstreets of Shanghai show you where the real Shanghainese are living. During this video we spend time getting to know more about the Longtang's and the people who live within them. We meet Chinese grandmas and discuss life living in a Longtang that has been under renovation for the last 4 months with their neighbours. The Longtang's are alleys full of surprises and can't believe our eyes (or ears) when we stumble across a Chinese speaking bird... We head deeper and deeper into the backstreets when we find a convenience store selling everything you may need and more. After a long afternoon of exploring, we head to a local Shanghainese restaurant to have lunch, enjoying Vitasoy, Dayao soda orange, and some delicious food!
