China Supermarket Trip: Healthy Food & Expat Life

In this video I talk about my time in China, I talk about my health update and take a supermarket trip to a Chinese supermarket to buy healthy items to make some healthy food so I can get better quicker. I fell sick 2 months ago, I've had diarrhea all this time, and I had to remove a lump in a hospital here in China. I like going to supermarkets here in China as there are a lot of cool items, snacks and a lot of healthy options just as fruit and vegetable.
